THK India is planning to set up new manufacturing facility in Sri City in Nellore district of Andhra Pradesh. The project involves setting up of production facilities for linear motion guides and equipment for transport vehicles. The project cost is estimated at ₹ 5,000 million and around 50 acre of land has been allotted in Domestic Tariff Zone in Sri City.
As of January 2019, foundation stone is laid for the project and it is likely to go operational by the year 2020.
