Ramco Cements is planning to expand its cement unit in Kumarasamy Rajanagar in Jayantipuram village in Jaggayapet Mandal in Krishna district of Andhra Pradesh. The project involves setting up of additional line of clinker unit with a production capacity of 1.5 mtpa, waste heat recovery boiler plant of 3 x 9 MW.
Land required for the project is already available. The project cost is estimated at ₹ 6800 million.
