Srikalahasti Pipes Ltd is planning to expand its manufacturing facilities in Kalahasti mandal in Chittoor district of Andhra Pradesh. The company’s board has approved a capital expenditure of ₹125 crore . The project involves setting up of two units of 9 MVA furnaces to produce ferro silicon and silico manganese. The project is likely to go operational by second quarter of FY2019-20.
