Cargil India Ltd is planning to expand its fish feed plant in Vijayawada in Andhra Pradesh. The company which has acquired Mulpuri Foods & Feeds, has a capacity of 30,000 tonnes per year is to be increased to 90,000 tpa. The company has invested ₹700 million towards the project. The new plant will produce fish feed products for carp, tilapia, and other warm water species which will be sold to markets of Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Odisha and West Bengal
