Andhra Pradesh Infrastructure Investment Corp Ltd (APIIC) is planning to set up a mega industrial park in Kopparthy in YSR Cuddapah district of Andhra Pradesh. The project involves setting up of industrial park with common amenities for chemical, pharma, paints, textile, glass, automobile, food processing and other industries. Approximately, the park can house 219 industrial units.
The corporation has already acquired the required land in villages of Kopparthy, Tadigotal, Yadavapuram, Tholaganganapalli, Ambavaram, Chintakommadene, Ramapathadu, Pendlimarri in Cuddapah district. The project cost is estimated at ₹ 13,057 million. As of December 2018, the project is in planning stage and is likely to be completed in 24 months from zero date.
