Andhra Pradesh Medical Services & Infrastructure Development Corporation is planning to set up a medical college in Paderu in Visakhapatnam district and in Piduguralla in Guntur district of Andhra Pradesh. The project cost is estimated at ₹ 3692 million for Paderu and ₹ 3472 million for Piduguralla college.
In December 2020, the corporation has invited bids to develop the project.
